The Frostwolf Clan was one of the original orcish Clans of Draenor. They existed in the plains of Nagrand, near Oshu'gun. When the clan chieftains gathered and were offered the Blood of Mannoroth, Durotan refused and spoke out against Gul'dan and his Shadow council. The Frostwolves were declared outlaws because of this and were forced to flee through the Dark Portal where they eventually settled in the Alterac Mountains.

First, Second and Third WarEdit

Throughout the First and Second War the Frostwolves remained in hiding, practicing the old traditions under the leadership of their shaman Drek'Thar. Eventually, nearly two decades after their exile, Thrall, the son of their chieftain, sought them out. Under the tutelage of Drek'Thar, Thrall became a shaman and began a crusade to re-awaken the orcs to their heritage and free them from the demonic corruption that had plagued them for so long. Though the Frostwolves fought bravely to liberate their brethren from the humans, against the Burning Legion during the Third War, and helped to found Durotar, many of them abandoned their capital where the rest of the orc clans live. Instead, they returned to their traditional homeland in the Alterac Mountains, where they hoped to remain neutral as tensions between the Horde and the Alliance increased.

Present dayEdit

Recently, the Frostwolves were dragged into the warfare between the Alliance and the Horde as the Stormpike Dwarves came into the Alterac Valley seeking relics of the past and mining the ores of the valley. This has begun a harsh war between the orc and dwarf clan. Thrall has requested that all able bodied horde members assist the Clan.

Outsiders come to the Clan in order to assist it against the Stormpike. They may be from an extinct Clan, no clan or simply wish to aid the Frostwolves. Outsiders may also be Tauren or trolls wishing to aid the Clan.

Peon OverseerEdit

"It cuts the trees and builds the buildings, else it gets the boot again." The oveerseer is an elderly and retired Grunt or otherwise weak member of the clan who is no longer capable of fighting on the frontlines and as such are tasked with the goal of ensuring the Peons keep in line. It's not a pleasant job, but someone has to do it.

The label of peon denotes the lowest station amongst those in the Orcish Horde. Inferior in all skills of worth, these dogs are relegated to menial tasks such as harvesting lumber and mining gold. Their labor is also required for the construction and maintenance of buildings necessary to support the vast undertakings of the Horde. While most clans treat these idiots with contempt the Frostwolves under Regul are wise as they know without these, they will not survive against the Stormpike Dwarves.
